All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time:

  • Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam): 1–3 business days

  • Other Cities & Regions: 3–7 business days

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Soraa™ experience. Here's how we make returns easy and fair:

Returns Eligibility:

  • You may return items within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • For hygiene reasons, used beauty tools and skincare items cannot be returned, unless defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return:
Email us at support@soraabeauty.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number and issue.

Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the return.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened items

مدة تجهيز الطلبات:
يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال يوم إلى يومي عمل. الطلبات التي تتم خلال عطلات نهاية الأسبوع أو الإجازات الرسمية سيتم تجهيزها في يوم العمل التالي.

مدة التوصيل:

  • المدن الرئيسية (الرياض، جدة، الدمام): من 1 إلى 3 أيام عمل

  • باقي المدن والمناطق: من 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل

رسوم الشحن:
🚚 الشحن مجاني لجميع الطلبات بدون حد أدنى للشراء!

شركات التوصيل:
نستخدم شركات موثوقة مثل أرامكس، سمسا، وزاجل لضمان سرعة وأمان التوصيل.

رقم التتبع:
بمجرد شحن طلبك، ستتلقى رقم تتبع عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو رسالة نصية.

شروط الاسترجاع:

  • يُمكنك استرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام.

  • يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي تغليفه الأصلي، وبحالة قابلة للبيع.

  • لأسباب صحية، لا يُمكن استرجاع المنتجات المستخدمة ما لم تكن تالفة.

المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة:
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو خاطئ، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مرفقًا بصور واضحة. سنقوم بإرسال بديل مجاني أو استرجاع كامل للمبلغ.

طريقة تقديم طلب الاسترجاع:
راسلينا عبر البريد الإلكتروني support@soraabeauty.com أو عبر واتساب مع رقم الطلب وتفاصيل المشكلة.

مدة الاسترداد:
بعد الموافقة واستلام المنتج المرتجع، يتم تحويل المبلغ خلال 5 إلى 7 أيام عمل إلى نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.

المنتجات غير القابلة للاسترجاع:

  • المنتجات المفتوحة أو المستخدمة

  • المنتجات المخفضة أو العروض

  • بطاقات الهدايا
